Today I was delighted to launch my campaign to represent West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine in the UK Parliament. I was delighted to be joined by so many enthusiastic volunteers and Councillors in Blackburn and Kemnay today as well our Scottish party leader Alex Cole-Hamilton and former MP of 18 years Sir Robert Smith.
The reception on the doorsteps was very positive and the sentiment was clear – people are tired of the Tories, sick of the SNP and delighted to see that the Lib Dems are back!
The message was clear ”it is time for a change”.

Disappointed in your leaflet, energy, and oil are not the only issues here
Hi Alan,
Thanks for your comment.
Perhaps this is the first of my leaflets you have seen, but my leaflets have covered a wide variety of topics sewage spills, education, ambulances and GP access, bulb farming, rural fuel poverty, creel fishing to name a few. Some leaflets are locally focused and others are constituency wide.
This one was an energy and climate special which has been well received by many residents who either work in the energy industry or are impacted by it.
If you live in a rural address you may not receive all of the hand delivered leaflets. Are there topics you would like to raise and see covered?
Kind regards,
Michael
